Yvienne M. Peterson is a licensed Hawaii real estate salesperson (License #RS-57071) and the founder and managing partner of The Agency Maui, based at The Shops at Wailea. She has been guiding clients through Maui purchases and sales since 1998.
In 2021 she opened The Agency Maui, the brand’s first office in Hawaii, alongside her husband Gerrit Peterson, the office’s principal broker. That gives a Maui listing an international marketing platform, while the file itself stays with the person who took it.
She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, one of a small group on the island. Her clients include mainland and international buyers acquiring second homes and investment property, sellers of resort residences and estates, and local families buying their first home. Her current listings run from a $169,000 condominium in Kahului to a $13,300,000 oceanfront property on Hana Highway.
